Client Service Administrator
Michelle is one of the first people you will talk with when you call or visit our office.
As client service administrator with Bucholtz Consulting, Michelle is responsible for day-to-day office operations, client service requests, and streamlining processes to better serve our clients. Michelle provides care and attention to detail in her responsibilities at Bucholtz Consulting.
She joined Bucholtz Consulting in 2008 and is a key part of the Bucholtz Consulting staff. She has worked in the administration field for over 30 years. Michelle enjoys her job and works diligently to ensure all client needs are addressed. Michelle’s role at Bucholtz Consulting is to make clients feel welcome and comfortable so together we can identify financial needs and efficiently find solutions.
Michelle grew up and lives in Leroy. She graduated from Riverside High School and Auburn Career Center. She and her husband Dean have two adult daughters, Jessica and Amanda, who are married and live in the area. Family is important to Michelle, and outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her grandchildren and helping at her parents’ Christmas tree farm.
